Web Design with HTML and CSS course

Knowing how to build websites using HTML and CSS has become an important skill in our modern world and we're happy that, in three weeks, we will start a Web Design with HTML and CSS course. The course will run on ten consecutive Saturdays from 9:00 to 12:00 in our fully-equipped training center in Quatre-Bornes.

The objective of the course is to make the trainees fully proficient in the industry best-practices concerning HTML and CSS. For example, we will use Strict XHTML as well as the W3C Validator during the training. We will cover the new aspects in HTML5 because we believe, as Google does, that HTML5 has a great future. Trainees will also use CSS2 for both formatting and positioning. Our aim is to make the trainees become competent web designers by building websites with are standards-compliant, render correctly on most browsers, efficiently coded in order to reduce bandwidth requirements and easy to maintain.

The course costs Rs 10,000 per participant. As it is MQA-approved, companies sending people for training can benefit from substantial training grants from the HRDC.
